To this end, it has set up special internal channels to receive reports of violations of internal or external regulations, to ensure fairness and transparency in the conduct of business and activities carried out and to protect the company's position and image, which may cause damage or harm to the company, such as a fraud, a general risk or a potentially dangerous situation, while also ensuring compliance with the regulatory provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 regarding whistleblowing and on “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and on provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws” (hereinafter the “WB Decree”), as well as the guidance provided by ANAC. Reporting any dishonest behavior that may result in fraud or that poses a risk of harm to colleagues and shareholders or that constitutes acts of a detrimental or unlawful nature to the interests and reputation of the company itself can be an effective form of anti-corruption, if properly regulated.

This portal is the computerized tool specifically set up by LUPOLI S.p.A. to be able to report any critical situations in written form.
